The Station.

The station is powered by a Vantage Pro weather station, which is connected to a quad core server, 4GB mem and 5TB storage the data is collected 24X7 365 days a year and distributed to several Australian and world wide institutes. It puts Dayboro on the international weather map,

The data is collected every 2.5 seconds,the site is updated every 5 minutes using Weather Display Software.

The station comprises of:

• an anemometer
• rain gauge
• a thermo-hydro sensor
• boltek lightning detector
• solar and UV sensors
• and all the other gadgets required to measure the weather, all situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible.

We have a windturbine and test solar panel to calculate the exact power production using either wind or solar.

Lyndhurst-Hill Weather station is collecting weather information on a 24x7x365 basis. The data collected is transmitted to our office server and from there it is transmitted to several weather sites and weather organisation, around the world, for statistical analysis and evaluation.

We use the data to analyse the best options for Green Energy such as wind energy and/or solar, and recently to determine the trade-off between wind energy and solar energy.

The Services

We can provide weather reports upon request such as NOAA and climate reports, this can give you a detailed overview of the weather conditions in the area.Emails for extreme weather conditions and warnings such as thunderstorms, wind, heat and rain. But also on possible weather conditions that can cause issues for your lawn such as frost.
